How to pay
Right now you can pay with Venmo or Zelle. It takes about a minute, and every step is below.
Easiest on a phone
Pay with Venmo
Venmo fills everything in for you.
- Choose Venmo at checkout and place your order.
- Tap “Pay in Venmo” on your order page. Venmo opens with our account, the amount and your order code already filled in. On a computer, scan the QR code on that page with your phone’s camera.
- Confirm the payment in Venmo. Leave the note as your order code, nothing else.
From your bank’s app
Pay with Zelle
Zelle is already in most U.S. bank apps.
- Choose Zelle at checkout and place your order.
- Open your bank’s app and choose Zelle. Send to the email shown on your order page, or scan the QR code there from your bank’s Zelle screen.
- Enter the exact amount and put your order code in the memo, nothing else.
What happens next
After you pay
You don’t need to send us anything else.
- We check for payments every business day and ship as soon as yours arrives.
- You get an email with your USPS tracking when it ships, and another one when it’s delivered.
- An order that isn’t paid within 48 hours is canceled automatically.
- Lost your order page? Open it from your order email, or use Track an order with your order code and email.
